Created the Design Foundations program at Asana including all horizontal design teams, reporting to the Head of Design.
Hired/promoted leaders or managers for Design Systems, Accessibility, Visual Experience and Content Design programs.
Founded the Visual Experience design program to drive higher quality visual design with the product org.
As part of Product Design leadership, enabled a successful design system, drove product-wide quality initiatives, delivered on crucial accessibility milestones, and led 0-1 design vision programming across R&D and Design orgs.
